How do I upload and view my web pages?
Uploading a Web Page in the Student Computing labs:
- Click on My Computer and find your H:\ drive.
Your NinerNET User Name will be listed beside the drive letter.
- Open the public_html folder. If you do not have a public_html
folder, create one in your H:\ drive. Copy your web files to this folder.
- Go to http://webpages.uncc.edu/~username/pagename.html to view your page.
Uploading a Web Page from Your PC:
- Login to NetStorage at http://webf.uncc.edu with your NinerNET User Name and password.
- Open the public_html folder. If you do not have a public_html folder, create one in your H:\ drive. Copy your web files to this folder.
- Go to http://webpages.uncc.edu/~username/pagename.html to view your page.
