Why do the links in 49er Express stop working when I click the Logout button in email?
In Internet Explorer, when you end your OWA session by logging out, it also ends your 49er Express session, including access to Banner Self Service and other applications. You should minimize the OWA window or close the window, without using the Logout button, to continue using 49er Express. When you're done working with 49er Express and OWA, log out of 49er Express and then OWA and close the browser window to prevent anyone else from accessing your information.
