How can I make sure that I don't reach my email quota?
You can manage your 500MB email quota by deleting emails you no longer need. If you have any emails with attachments, save your attachments to your computer and delete the emails. Once you have deleted everything from your folders and saved your attachments, go to the Deleted Items folder and delete these email messages.
