Why can't I access the files on my H:\ drive remotely using NetStorage?

  1. Internet Explorer (PC) and Firefox (PC, Mac) are compatible with NetStorage.
  2. When using Firefox, you will need to type the complete URL for access - https://webf.uncc.edu.
  3. Internet Explorer 7 users will need to make the following configuration change for access:
    1. In IE7, go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab.
    2. Under the Security section, check Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0
  4. Safari prevents access to NetStorage and is incompatible.
