When downloading files from your H:\drive while using NetStorage, you can either double-click the file or check the box beside the file you want to download and click File, Download. If you're accessing Word 2007 (.docx) files with Internet Explorer, you must check the box and choose File, Download. NetStorage will not recognize the .docx file type as a .zip file if you choose to double-click the file for download.
