Get technical assistance from the Student Computing Help Center. Visit the Help Center in Barnard, call 704-687-6400 or submit your problem to the HelpDesk Online and a Technical Assistant will help.

Check the ITS Message Center for system alerts and the scheduled outages for additional information.

What if I can't access my Centra class?

If you have problems opening a Centra session window or initiating playback, your local Centra program may be corrupted and should be reinstalled.

For Windows users (XP or Vista):
  1. Go to Control Panel > Add or remove programs to remove Centra.
  2. Log in to Centra and click Attend for any session.
  3. A new copy of Centra will install and the session window will open.
For Mac users (OS 10.4.4 and above):
  1. Go to Applications > Centra > Client > Uninstall.cccf to remove Centra.
  2. Log in to Centra, click Attend for any session.
    (Firefox 2.x is supported)
  3. A new copy of Centra will install and the session window will open.
