If you have problems opening a Centra session window or initiating playback, your local Centra program may be corrupted and should be reinstalled.
For Windows users (XP or Vista):
- Go to Control Panel > Add or remove programs to remove Centra.
- Log in to Centra and click Attend for any session.
- A new copy of Centra will install and the session window will open.
For Mac users (OS 10.4.4 and above):
- Go to Applications > Centra > Client > Uninstall.cccf
to remove Centra.
- Log in to Centra, click Attend for any session.
(Firefox 2.x is supported)
- A new copy of Centra will install and the session window will open.
