Why do I receive a Session Expired message?

If you login to 49er Express to check your email, choose Log Off to close Outlook Web Access, then click Banner Self Service - you may receive the following message:

You have either timed-out due to inactivity or have logged out from a previous session.

You will need to log out of 49er Express and login again in order to access Banner Self Service.
