What's a group owner and a group leader in 49er Express?
The group owner is the person who requests the 49er Express group and ensures its compliance with University policies. The group owner is considered the main administrative contact for the group. However, a group owner can designate a group leader to perform these duties, which include approving membership requests to the group.
